New Google applications

On 20 November, Google has posted on his blog a list of improvements to Google Apps since last 2 weeks for individuals and businesses.

New icons and new sites

The applications allow Gmail already know who was connected, inactive or unavailable through icons green, orange or red. But hard to tell who is logged on his computer when more and more users connect from their mobile device. A new icon appeared robot and helps to determine which contacts are connected from an Android phone. The green icon shaped flask up G mail can enable this option.
The models for Google sites have been launched and the gallery provides examples of sites that the user can copy and customize. It can also offer its own creations of sites that are accessible only within his company.

Other news

More storage space for emails and photos at a reduced cost (20 GB for $ 5 per year), and an update for Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook. And now, employees can synchronize multiple calendars between Outlook and Google Apps, and view the availability of those are still on Outlook.
