Recently i bought a house in the city and i found that we are having some problem in sleeping at nights. The reason is that the previous owners of the house were heavy smokers and that had lingered across the house. As we shifted there during the winter months we ant even have our windows open and we were really in a lack of unpolluted air which might cause many infections like sore throats and stuffy noses during the night.
