Stealth iBot – A Computer Spy

When we are working in corporate environment there is a need of strong monitoring. There are a series of programs that can accomplish this task, one of them is the Stealth iBot. Stealth iBot is just like a computer spy. This can capture every keystroke that is done in the keyboard. This can also capture the website visited in the computer by any person and can also take screen shot without any hardware. This is really a great technology and this computer spy can be used in many good ways. This can be used in your office because when you are working in a big company you will be in office only for 10 hours. Remaining 14 hours you will never know what is happening in your computer and who is accessing you computer. It is just like a USB which we use for file transfer. Just like you plug in the normal USB drive you need to use this and the activities will be recorded. Remove the USB and when you are ready you can re-insert the USB to retrieve the data.

This computer spy allows you to discreetly spy on your computer when you’re not there, without any signs of it happening. Even if its under a different user name by adhering to the operating system. Get text, passwords, pictures, websites visited and more.

ATG – Shield for spamming

Bid good bye to spammers. There are someways you can avoid spammers and now there is a easy way found. The solution is given by the The Norwegian based company which helps in preventing spamming through obfuscation.

Spammers often get you by sending email with loads of links. You will simply click those junks and lose your private information to them. It might also result in losing your email account information. Java script are more dangerous and that is why most of the browser doesn’t support java script and always has it disabled. Java script often leaves text patterns clear enough for spam robots to recognize the link.

There is a new object model developed after some research amd it is called DOM which has 3 barriers for the robot.

* First the robot must build a document object,
* Then it must run java code,
* Lastly, has to figure out how to click on a certain link.

and hence restricting the spamming robots. PJ Applications released the ultimate anti-spam shield, ATG. This can really help you a lot to protect against spam and more. Download the e-mail obfuscator now and get rid of spammers.ATG is just a shield for spamming. This helps in generating code to hide your email before you become a victim to spammers. The press release says about the ultimate anti-spam shield.

VMware takes SpringSource

VMware has announced the acquisition for 420 million dollars, SpringSource, publisher of open source solutions for developing web applications, including Java environment. Founded 5 years ago, SpringSource employs 150 employees. Fort green light shareholder SpringSource, VMware hopes to finalize the transaction before the end of the quarter.

SpringSource will provide expertise in developing and deploying applications within the data center industry, including in the cloud computing environment of internal and external organizations. VMware SpringSource work including the development of a Paas (Platform as a Service) integrated easy to deploy and administer in the data center of the company or from a supplier infrastructure cloud. This platform can rely on vSphere, the operating system for cloud computing environments from VMware.

“Today, modern environments are moving towards a world applications and modeling of data [data-centric] propelled by the platforms of cloud computing and virtualization,” justifies Paul Maritz, CEO of VMware, “The combination of SpringSource VMware and capitalize on this trend and positions us at the intersection of the most important forces in the software market – virtualization frameworks and cloud computing.”

With the acquisition of SpringSource, VMware is therefore positioned in the field of Paas. A contract valued at $ 15 billion in 2016 according to analyst Forrester Research. VMware intends to occupy the land investment by Microsoft with the arrival of Azure, its operating system for cloud computing expected in November. The subsidiary of EMC frota is also the main actors of Paas and SaaS (Software as a Service), as SalesForce.com and Google AppEngine. VMware will also play the card Sun Microsystems (pending acquisition by Oracle) helping developers to port their applications on Java environments cloud.

A strategy that Rod Johnson, SpringSource leader summed up on his blog: “A solution that will deliver a platform as a Service (Paas) built around technologies you already know, which can reduce costs and complexity. A solution built around an open middleware technologies and portable that can run on a traditional Java EE application server in a conventional data center and Amazon EC2 and other cloud extensible environment and the VMware platform. “In short, it is a product suitable for all situations that should answer most of the choice of architectural firms. It is now been developed.

VirtualBox – Emulate your PC

VirtualBox allows you to completely emulate a PC. It’s like having a second PC in a single window.

This is useful for testing other operating systems without repartitioning and safely (e.g. Repartition Linux), for safe navigation or to test software without the risk of an operating system unstable.

You can create as many virtual machines as you want, and install all operating systems as you want it. It is possible to define – for each virtual machine – how much memory it has, hard disk, if it has access to USB ports, the network, sound card, etc.

VirtualBox contains a disk manager that allows you to create virtual disk as .vdi files which appear as real discs in virtual machines.
This allows you to “create” at will of the disks, without ever having to repartition your hard drive.

You can also directly use ISO images of CDs and DVDs, which can test Linux distributions without having to burn them. Icing on the cake, VirtualBox RDP server has an integrated, allowing you to start a virtual machine on a computer, and use this virtual machine from another computer.

The list of virtual machine created:

1

Memory configuration and type of operating system installed:

2

Network Configuration:

3

VirtualBox is free and open source, and versions are available for Windows and Linux.
VirtualBox is lighter than VMWare and simpler to use and offers almost all the functions of VMWare.

Note: For machines under another OS than Windows, please choose another version of these

WampServer – Web Development made easy

WAMP5 (meaning WAMP Windows Apache MySQL PHP) is a platform for Web development under Windows. It allows you to develop dynamic Web sites using the Apache server, the PHP5 scripting language and a MySQL database version 5. It also helps PHPMyAdmin and SQLite Manager to easily manage your database.

WAMP5 installs easily and allows use very intuitive to configure quickly (but not the configuration files).
Installing WAMP5

First, its installation is very easy and requires no knowledge of the Apache2 web server (installed as a service named “wampapache), the MySQL server (installed as a service named” wampmysql “) and the platform PHP5 are functional at the end of the installation does not require the intervention of the user to select the installation folder, the folder where you put your web pages and some other parameters such as, for example, your favorite Internet browser. All configuration files are then modified to match your options and you have nothing more to do!

WAMP5’s installation is compact. All files are copied to the installation directory of WAMP5. In short, in three clicks, you have a running web server, and that’s what counts!

Using WAMP5

When you start WAMP5, an icon appears in the taskbar. You just have to make a left click to access the menu, which makes WAMP5 very easy to use. It can manage both servers (Apache and MySQL) separately for (re) start or shut down your server. Configuring Apache or PHP is quick: you can (and) add or remove modules Apache, aliases or PHP extensions passing only through the menu without touching the configuration files.

Do you need more details? You can access the configuration files directly from the menu. Finally, you can switch WAMP5 mode “offline” to “online” to share your sites on your Internet connection.

The add-ons WAMP5

Wamp5 has add-ons that can add to add some features: it is possible to add PHP4 and transform into a WAMP5 server 2 in 1 (PHP4 or PHP5) with two different configuration files. By clicking mouse it allows to switch from one version of PHP to the next.
There are other add-ons to install Perl, MySQL Administrator and MySQL Query Browser, Zend optimizer (to improve the performance of your server) and / or Webalizer (to generate statistics).

Touch Tables – A Real Time Technology

Real time technology, touch tables may be in the process of changing the interactions between man and machine. Not for the general public, however, they begin to adapt to certain professionals who do not hesitate to use them.

What is it?

The tables are tactile devices to sophisticated interaction between advanced and intelligent human and machine.

Somewhat comparable to the new generation mobile phones (iPhone, BlackBerry), they have a touch screen on which the user interacts with his fingers, hands or objects. They also have software that interprets the movements, or more accurately the contacts that the user via the table surface.

Beyond the opportunity to interact with the touch surface with several fingers at the same time, some tables allow several people to use simultaneously. Others, if not the tables, are walls or windows using the same operating principle.

How it works?

Tactile tables can be developed using two distinct technologies:

• The “Diffused Illumination (DI): This technology uses multiple infrared lamps placed beneath the screen. Once the user touches the surface of the table, projectors reflect light emitted from the point of contact to an infrared camera turned to the screen. All movements made by the user are then detected and interpreted by the software built into the table.

• The “Frustrated Total Internal Reflection (FTIR) infrared LEDs are placed along the edges of a sheet of Plexiglas. With this system, the infrared radiation beam is actually confined only inside the Plexiglas plate. Therefore, since light can not “escape”, it reflects and bounces off the surface. Thus, just as before, when the user touches the table, the light emitted by the upheaval of the radiation of the LEDs is projected and redirected to a camera. The software will then take over to interpret the movements.

Why use a touch table?

The advantage

Beyond the technological contribution, touch the table can become a real value added for a professional. You can offer the customer a simple, practical and interactive for your product or service. For example, when making a purchase, in addition to the advice you give, you can talk around the table by pressing demonstrations, sound, etc.
The disadvantage

The main drawback is still obviously the price that may prove a prima facie deterrent. For the Microsoft table, called Surface, will for example 11 000 €. Prices vary depending on the model of the table, touch screens, but also depending on the applications you want to integrate software that manages and leads the interactivity of the table.
Some key features

• Large screens (30 inches) and very good graphics resolutions
• Internet connection (Ethernet, Wifi)
• Audio outputs
• detection and interaction with objects
• A 2D and 3D design
• multi user applications and multi touch
• Software adapted to the professional activities
The professional uses

For tourism

The tourism-oriented applications are the famous examples of what makes the strength of the touch table. Use in a travel agency, will allow the client to consult the job so detailed and interactive (videos, slide shows, virtual tours, pensive mood and sounds), so feel immersed in the journey. He leads something of its own tour, it’s like if there was really, otherwise create a trigger to buy.
For real estate

In a real estate agency, touch the table can complement the expertise of the professional 3D offering demonstrations to illustrate the proposed purchase. Access to the Internet from the table allows you to browse the website of the agency by accessing the same features research bids, creating an account, save interesting ads. The software can give the opportunity to again visit the house piece by piece, zoom in on photos etc.
For restoration

In restoration, touch table can view menus, pictures and food product characteristics (price, origin, ingredients) but also on order from the table. Just like the principle in bars where the customer can ask the server to provide a cocktail at their table without having to leave his place.
For the consumer

In France, a few large companies are beginning to adopt the tactile tables. Few Examples are France Telecom, Renault or the SNCF, which seek to develop specific applications that can match and adapt to their activities and objectives.

Other business sectors may be most affected by this technology in the future. This is the case of education through gaming, medicine, security or the financial sector.

In sum, we can easily see that with this technology is a customer relation, entrepreneur driven, much more lively, interesting and attractive.
